QUALIFICATIONS:

Female/Male
40 years old below
Graduate of any 2 years nursing related course, Practical nursing, Midwifery course and 2yrs course in caregiving or health care services

With or Without PRC License
With atleast 6 months experience in patient care

List of Requirements:

Resume
College Diploma
Transcript of Record
RLE (Related Learning Experience)
Board Certificate
Board Rating with breakdown of grades
PRC License (front and back, make sure to sign at the back)
Certificate of Employment (from past to present work)
Passport (whole copy with signature)
PSA Marriage Certificate (if married)
Passport Size Picture (white background-formal attire) 8pcs-upon reporting in our office.
